PVC calendering-grade granules are PVC compounds specially designed for calendering processes. They feature uniform melt flow, strong thermal stability, and good dispersion, allowing the material to be evenly spread and extended through rollers into continuous PVC films, sheets, or artificial leather base materials.
According to formulation and end-use requirements, PVC calendering-grade granules are available in different grades. Soft grades with higher plasticizer content are mainly used for packaging films, agricultural films, medical films, and artificial leather surfaces. Rigid grades with low or no plasticizer content are suitable for rigid sheets, decorative panels, and flooring base materials, while special grades modified with functional additives such as flame retardants or antistatic agents are applied in electronic packaging films, anti-slip mats, and sound insulation materials.
